HOW TO USE THIS WEBSITE

Welcome to our class website!  I will try to keep it as updated as I can, but my main focus is in the classroom.  If you ever have a question please don't hesitate to ask!  :)


Table Talk= The things your child is learning at the time so that you can discuss it at the dinner table!
   
Example:
Parent:  Honey what are you learning in school?
Student: ummmm nothing!
Parent:  Really nothing?
Student: nothing!
Parent:  Well, I went to Mrs Bolte's website and it says you are learning about money, calendars and clocks, numbers grids, etc.
Student: o yeah!
Parent:  Why don't we work on those things at home
Student:  I was going to ask you if we could
Parent:  I'm so glad Mrs. Bolte put it on the website so I know you are learning something in class.
Student:  ummm yeah!!  :)

NEWS=  Upcoming events or things going on around the school.


Websites=  Important websites you will use.

Wishlist= This can be volunteers needed in our classroom, something someone can do at home to help, or items that can be purchased and sent to school.

Class Pictures=I try to take a lot of pictures of what we are doing in class so you feel a part of what your child is learning.  Our class Facebook page will be where I post most of our pictures.

VOLUNTEERS  NEEDED!

- Volunteer willing to come into the classroom and help with small groups.  This may include reading one on one with a child, math centers, reading centers, or word work/spelling help.  If you would donate one day a month and several other people would do the same, it would be SOOOOOO much help. 

- Cut things out that I've printed.  This is great for those parents that can't come to school and help.
